$500 per month
Includes up to 4 hours of legal work each month
This plan is designed to help clients manage legal costs while maintaining consistent access to legal guidance throughout their case.
If work exceeds 4 hours in a given month, additional time is billed at the firm’s standard hourly rate.

At Mabel Law Group, we believe clients deserve clarity, not surprises, when it comes to legal fees. Our pricing structure is designed to support informed decision-making and long-term stability during difficult family transitions.
The Subscription Service Plan does not include costs or expenses related to your case.
Traditional family law representation often costs hundreds of dollars per hour. Under Mabel Law Group’s subscription plan, clients receive up to 4 hours of legal work for $500 per month, offering a more predictable and accessible approach to legal support.
Mabel Law Group was founded on the belief that high quality legal representation should be accessible to families at all income levels. This model helps reduce financial barriers while maintaining professional legal standards.
The $500 monthly subscription fee applies regardless of whether all 4 hours are used. Modifications may be considered only on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription eligibility depends on the nature and complexity of the case. Consultation is required to determine whether the plan is appropriate for your situation.
No, costs are not covered by the subscription billing plan. Costs are
billed to the client’s account separately. Such costs include service fees,
filing fees, fees paid for the retrieval of records, court reporter fees, etc.
Clients who hire Mabel Law Group prior to the 15 th day of the month are still charged $500 for 4 hours of work for that particular month. Clients who retain Mabel Law Group AFTER the 15 th day of the month can “prorate” their first month of service to only 2 hours of work for $250 before the standard Subscription Service rates begin the following month.
Mabel Law Group requires all clients to pay a retainer fee when they
sign up for the Subscription Service Plan, usually ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 depending on the demands of the case. This retainer fee acts as a deposit paid by the client for future work. By the 5th day of each month, Mabel Law Group will send the client a bill for the work completed during the previous month. Approximately ten (10) days later, on the 15th day of the month, Mabel Law Group deducts the
funds from the client’s retainer in order to pay the client’s monthly bill.
Once a client’s retainer payment drops below $1,000, Mabel Law Group
may require the client to replenish the retainer within 30 days. This situation is usually addressed on a case-by-case basis. Any retainer funds that are not used by Mabel Law Group are returned to the client once legal representation is completed.
The subscription hours cover work completed by attorneys, paralegals,
and legal assistants of Mabel Law Group. Eligible work includes but is not limited to drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, communications with the client, appearing at hearings or trial, etc.
